Youth Outreach and Norgate School Program

Free youth outreach and support, including an after-school program for grades 6–7 at Norgate Xwemélch’stn Elementary.
Capilano Community Services Society provides youth outreach, practical and emotional support, advocacy, referrals, and social activities. Its Norgate school program offers after-school activities and out-trips for grades 6–7. The wider youth program offers one-to-one support and accepts self-referrals from youth as well as referrals from parents or guardians, schools, health practitioners and community organizations. The Recreation Commission lists youth outreach as free. Contact the youth program supervisor for current schedules and intake.
