StrongStart at Norgate

No-cost play-based early learning for children from birth to age five with a parent, guardian or caregiver.
StrongStart is a drop-in preschool program for young children and their parent, guardian or caregiver. Qualified early childhood educators lead stories, music, art and other play-based activities that support early learning and kindergarten readiness. The district says families must register at their primary centre and check in with the facilitator when they arrive. At Norgate, the centre is in the school’s West Wing; enter through the south-side courtyard. District listing hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 12:30 pm during program operation. The Norgate school page announced reopening September 21, 2026 but still contains a “Coming soon” placeholder; check with the school about any current closure or schedule change.
