Crisis Response, Community-Led (CRCL) — New Westminster

Phone and text crisis support with an optional in-person response for mental health and substance-use distress.
CRCL (formerly the Peer Assisted Care Team) offers trauma-informed crisis counselling and de-escalation, connects people with community supports, and can accompany people to emergency departments, police stations or community organizations. Available to youth aged 13 and older and adults living in New Westminster, 07:00–23:30 daily. Call or text.
