The Food Bank is available to anyone in the Salmo/Ymir area. Recipients may receive food every 28 days and complete an application listing each household member. A Christmas hamper program is also available, with application dates announced annually. Cost is no charge. The source lists Wednesday morning food-bank hours at the Salmo location.
