Community Service Outreach and Response Program

Citywide mobile outreach linking unsheltered people with shelter, health and support services.
The City of Kamloops operates this program with ASK Wellness Society, CMHA and Interior Community Services. A City Community Services Officer is paired with agency outreach staff to connect unsheltered people experiencing homelessness to shelter and support services. The mobile program operates 8:00–00:00, seven days a week using vehicle, foot and bike patrols, and coordinates with the Envision outreach shuttle.
