District gateway park used by residents and visitors. Amenities include a skatepark, playground with ground-level inclusive merry-go-round, outdoor fitness equipment, three first-come tennis courts, four dedicated pickleball courts, sandy beaches and a designated swim area. Summer lifeguard service has ended for 2026; lifeguards are expected back in 2027. A beach wheelchair and seasonal Mobi-mat are available. Park access is served by local transit and cycling routes. Pay parking is year-round; visitors can obtain one 90-minute free session per day through PayByPhone, then pay $2.50/hour through December 31, 2026. Fieldhouse washrooms are open daily 7 a.m.–10:30 p.m.; concession washrooms 7 a.m.–10 p.m.
