Short-term assistance for residents displaced by an emergency affecting Vinsulla, when activated.
The TNRD evacuation plan includes Vinsulla in the McLure–Vinsulla–Black Pines–Heffley plan area. During an activation, Emergency Support Services can help evacuees identify immediate needs such as food, shelter and clothing, and support family reunification. Reception arrangements depend on the incident and are announced by emergency officials. The 2013 plan directs residents to contact emergency officials for current instructions; it is not a walk-in or continuously available service.
