Short-term emergency assistance for people evacuated from their homes.

Access is available when an emergency activates ESS; use the designated reception centre or contact the program for instructions. In its 2022 Usk evacuation notice, the RDKS directed affected residents to register at the Thornhill Community Centre or call its ESS number.
