Leisure Access Program

Discounted recreation admissions and registered-program fees for qualifying Surrey residents experiencing financial need.

The City of Surrey Leisure Access Program offers qualifying residents reduced costs for recreation. Children, youth and seniors receive a free one-year pass for City recreation facilities; adults aged 19 to 59 receive a 75% discount on admissions and passes. Members receive 75% off most registered courses, with annual program-discount limits based on age; eligible day camps for children and youth receive 75% off. Enrollment lasts one year. Free language interpretation is available at Surrey recreation facilities.
