The published branch hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. and Saturday–Sunday 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; holiday hours vary. The website lists public computers and creation stations at the branches, a 24-hour exterior book return at Brighouse, Ironwood and Cambie, and an additional temporary location for Steveston. RPL To Go Mobile Library

Richmond Public Library offers collections, borrowing and returns, free Wi-Fi and programs from its RPL To Go van at scheduled stops across Richmond. Its newer schedule page lists regular stops at West Richmond and Thompson community centres and dated stops at the Richmond Food Bank, but does not list a current Burkeville stop. The newer page says holds pickup is temporarily paused. An older library page still says the van is unavailable for maintenance, so confirm a planned stop with the library before travelling.
