MCFD-referred respite for families of children and youth with support needs.
Contracted respite gives caregivers time for rest and personal needs while their child is supported. For ages 0–18 with an intellectual disability, autism diagnosis or eligibility for MCFD’s At Home Program. MCFD Child and Youth Support Needs staff handle referrals and the waitlist; call 250-832-1719 to start. The association’s current careers page describes respite delivered across Salmon Arm, Enderby, Sorrento, Sicamous and surrounding areas.
