qathet Regional District identifies fully accessible bus service from Stillwater to Powell River and from Stillwater to Roberts Road, with limited service to Saltery Bay. BC Transit identifies this as route 12 Stillwater. All Powell River Regional Transit riders may use on-request service in the designated route 12 area on trips that do not travel to Saltery Bay. A fixed-route trip can include up to two on-request stops. Call to request a pickup up to 24 hours in advance; shorter-notice requests are subject to availability. Supports people of all ages and genders affected by gender-based violence, domestic or intimate partner violence, other relationship violence, elder abuse, sexual assault, or child abuse. Provides emotional and practical support, legal and justice information, court preparation and orientation, assistance with Victim Impact Statements and Crime Victim Assistance Program applications, referrals, and safety planning.
