Primary care by appointment Monday–Friday, 9:00–16:00, for patients already connected with a family doctor or nurse practitioner. Register by phone or in person with a BC Services Card and Personal Health Number. A nurse phones after registration, usually within two hours and within 24 hours. Patients are prioritized by urgency; arrival does not guarantee faster care. Free interpreter service is available. Two hours free parking. Call 911 or go to the emergency department for serious symptoms.
