Citywide mobile outreach linking unsheltered people with shelter, health and support services.
The City of Kamloops operates this program with ASK Wellness Society, CMHA and Interior Community Services. A City Community Services Officer is paired with agency outreach staff to connect unsheltered people experiencing homelessness to shelter and support services. The mobile program operates 8:00–00:00, seven days a week using vehicle, foot and bike patrols, and coordinates with the Envision outreach shuttle. Call 250-828-3409 to connect with the team or request attendance; call 911 for emergencies or threats to a person.
