Palyn Water Taxi offers passenger service in vessels seating up to 12 people, with space for personal gear. It also transports work crews and supplies to jobsites, carries freight and kayaks (vessel racks hold 4–6 kayaks), and offers marine towing and recovery. The operator lists Beaver Cove, Minstrel Island and Sointula among its destinations, as well as numerous other coastal destinations. Trips are arranged directly with the operator; no fixed schedule or fares are published. Vessels are stated to be Transport Canada safety-certified.
