Published hours are 08:30–16:30 daily. Island Health says a nurse is on call for urgent care after hours seven days a week and a physician is available after hours Monday to Thursday for urgent primary care. The Village also lists home support, diabetes education, dietitian, public health, home and community care nursing, telehealth, occupational therapy, chronic-disease management, mental-health and substance-use counselling, social work and harm reduction. A medical shuttle to Port Hardy is available; call the clinic for access information. For life-threatening emergencies call 911.
