Urgent care is walk-in for urgent, non-life-threatening medical concerns; patients are seen in order of medical need. Island Health lists daily urgent-care hours as 7:30 a.m.–9:30 p.m. The centre also offers weekday appointment-based primary care, outpatient laboratory and imaging services, and other specialty services. Call before relying on a specific service or schedule; hours may change. For life-threatening conditions call 911.
