McArthur Island Park

Located at 1525–1580 Island Parkway. Open 5 a.m.–11 p.m. Amenities include 12 baseball diamonds, bike paths, butterfly and xeriscape garden, lawn bowling, disc golf, stadium, mini golf, indoor sport and event centre, outdoor fitness equipment, playground, skatepark, soccer facilities, tennis courts, multi-use pathway, picnic tables, washrooms, fountains and misting stations. The boat launch is closed for the 2026 season. City rules prohibit smoking, drugs, alcohol, campfires and dogs. Swimming is prohibited; river edges have strong currents and other listed hazards.
