Interior Health’s Community Care Program offers individual and group diabetes education, nutrition counselling, wellness programs, spirometry, medication review, and respiratory therapy education and support. Most services require a referral. Diabetes and nutrition programs accept self-referrals from people without a health-care provider; call 250-312-3280 option 3 to ask how to self-refer. This clinic is appointment-only, not a walk-in clinic. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, closed noon to 1:00 pm and statutory holidays. Interior Health says the site is fully accessible and services are covered by BC medical coverage.
