The City of Quesnel operates the Arts and Recreation Centre, jointly funded with the Cariboo Regional District through the North Cariboo Recreation and Parks function. Amenities include a six-lane 25-metre pool, leisure pool, hot tub, adult and family saunas, family change rooms, fitness equipment including wheelchair-accessible equipment, and art and pottery studios. The City says residents of the North Cariboo Recreation and Parks Service taxation area can obtain a free Residential Pass, which discounts program registration, drop-in fees, fitness passes and pool and rink rentals. The City identifies Ten Mile Lake/Moose Heights as included in this recreation taxation area. Confirm facility access, current fees and accessibility arrangements with the City.
