Food Hampers

Monthly supplemental food hampers for eligible Westshore residents.
Goldstream Food Bank provides supplemental food hampers with about 5–7 days of food, up to one hamper per month. Contents vary with supply. Clients must bring photo ID; new clients must arrive before 11:00 a.m. with photo ID, Care/Service cards for each dependent, and a utility bill mailed to their home address. Staff speak English only; new clients who need another language should bring someone to translate. The 2026 schedule lists service on the first three Tuesdays and Wednesdays of each month, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.; weather and other circumstances can change hours, and the last customer is served at 11:45 a.m. Call if unsure before visiting.
