Temporary community transportation while the Spirit of Lax Kw’alaams vessel is dry-docked.
As of the Band’s September 23, 2026 update, the Spirit of Lax Kw’alaams is dry-docked and community transportation is using a vehicle barge and passenger water taxi between Prince Rupert and Tuck Landing. Barge departures: CT Marine, Prince Rupert at 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.; Tuck Landing at 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. No Wednesday morning barge. Passenger water taxi departures: Gat Leedm Dock at 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.; Tuck Landing at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Schedules can change; contact the operator and confirm current service before travelling.
