Helps connect people in Grantham and the Comox Valley with a family doctor or nurse practitioner.

The Comox Valley Primary Care Network works with local clinics to connect people to a primary care provider. Register with the Health Connect Registry to request a family doctor or nurse practitioner. HealthLink BC also offers 8-1-1 navigation for health advice and service information; this is a provincial access line, not the network’s direct contact number.
