Available services include acquired brain injury services, breastfeeding support, caregiver support, child and youth immunization, community care clinic, community nursing and rehabilitation, complex health case management, home support, immunization, prenatal and postpartum services, school nursing and immunization, social work, speech-language pathology and tuberculosis screening. Open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wheelchair accessible.
