Ruckle Park

Provider: BC Parks

Provincial park on Salt Spring Island with more than 15 km of trails, coastal scenery, wildlife viewing and walk-in camping.

Ruckle Park is on Salt Spring Island, 10 km from the Fulford Harbour ferry terminal along Beaver Point Road. It has seven kilometres of shoreline and more than 15 km of trails, including a coastal trail to Yeo Point, camping, wildlife viewing, ocean kayaking and saltwater fishing. Swimming is not designated and there are no lifeguards. The active farm is closed to the public. Because of livestock interactions, some trails are closed to dogs until further notice; dogs on leash are permitted in lower day-use and campground areas and on the coastal trail to Yeo Point.
