Free, confidential counselling and referral for people and families concerned about substance use or related behaviours.
Offers free, confidential screening, assessment, intervention, individual, family and group counselling, referral to support groups, and prevention education. The service is for children, youth, adults, seniors and families, including people affected by another person’s substance use and people who grew up in addicted families. Service may be provided at the office or through outreach; self-referral or referral by another person is accepted. 211 says it serves Bella Coola Valley. Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm; outreach is by appointment.
