Intake and support connecting adults to mental health and substance-use care in Bella Coola and surrounding areas.
Vancouver Coastal Health’s adult intake service is available to residents of Bella Coola or surrounding areas aged 19 and older who have mental health concerns, with or without substance-use concerns. No physician referral is needed. The intake team helps connect people to mental-health workers, wellness workers, treatment or withdrawal-management services, counselling, harm-reduction supplies and other appropriate community or regional supports.
