Home health care, rehabilitation, personal support and care-planning services for adults in Endako, Fort Fraser and Fraser Lake.
Northern Health provides home and community care for adults with acute, chronic, palliative or rehabilitative needs. Intake is required to assess eligibility. Supports include home nursing and personal care, medication help, bathing and dressing, respite, physiotherapy and occupational therapy referrals, Adult Day Services, and assessments for publicly funded assisted living, residential care and Choice in Supports for Independent Living. Health Services for Community Living supports adults with developmental disabilities in partnership with Community Living BC. Publicly funded residential care bed fees are monthly and may be up to 80% of the client’s after-tax income.
