At 1549 Ocean Beach Esplanade, Elphinstone. Hall and washroom are wheelchair accessible. Hall and grounds must be rented together. Amenities include a large yard with benches, beach access, seven tables and 45 chairs, kitchen with fridge and oven (no cooktop), and microwave. Capacity is 30 for weddings and 60 for meetings/seminars. Current SCRD rental rates are $15/hour regular, $20/hour commercial and $8/hour for non-profit/youth organizations; a $150 refundable damage deposit applies. The bridge entrance is closed; access is via a gravel path on the east side with no handrails. Contact bookings@scrd.ca for availability.
