Sooke Food Bank Assistance

Monthly food hamper plus household supplies, healthcare and other support for households in the Sooke Region.
Open from 09:30 to 14:00 on the first three Thursdays of each month; the last client is accepted at 13:45. One hamper per month is available. First-time registration requires government photo ID, proof of Sooke Region address, proof of low income for each adult and BC ID cards for children. Goods vary with donations and seasons. A registered nurse and nurse practitioner offer walk-in appointments from 09:30 to 12:00 on open days; basic haircuts are also available.
