Hall rental period is 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM the following day. Published rates are $400 Monday–Thursday or $500 Friday–Sunday, plus a $200 damage deposit. Capacity is 150 people. Amenities include air conditioning, parking for up to 50 cars, kitchen for serving food (not cooking), plates and cutlery. Renters must arrange required permits and insurance for events serving alcohol. Contact by email because the site reports its contact form is under repair.

The Fraser Valley Regional District operates the Hatzic Water System jointly serving parts of Durieu and Hatzic Prairie. In Durieu, service is limited to properties in the mapped water service area; the FVRD emergency plan describes portions of properties south of Durieu Road as served.
