The Hub at 2375 Koksilah Road rents rooms for meetings, events, parties, performances and programs. Rooms include two upstairs rooms (capacity 40 each), a gym/theatre with stage (capacity 200), and café/commercial kitchen space. Rentals are available 6 am–11 pm, seven days a week. Three rate tiers apply: registered non-profit, non-commercial, and commercial. Listed hourly rates vary by space and tier; request the current booking contract and confirm fees, insurance and availability. Ten-hour bookings receive a 10% discount.
Free outdoor community book-sharing library, open at all times.
The outdoor community library at the Hub is open to anyone. Visitors may take a book without donating one and may return it later or pass it to someone else; there is no stated due date. The Hub Film Club screens films on the fourth Friday of each month, with a break in July and August. The 2026/27 membership year runs June through May and includes regular-season in-person screenings and online films; individual and family membership fees are listed on the current program page.
