Cobble Hill Mountain Regional Recreation Area has 26 kilometres of signed trails ranging from easy to technical single-track and double-track mountain bike trails, with viewpoints across surrounding forest ecosystems. The trailhead is within Quarry Nature Park, which provides parking and facilities. Check the CVRD park page for current access information.

The accessible pavilion is available for free drop-in use unless booked: from 4:00 pm until dusk on school days, and dawn to dusk on weekends and holidays. Rental uses include parties, sporting events, basketball, floor hockey, pickleball, exercise classes, meetings, markets and community celebrations. Hourly rentals are $25 per hour with a two-hour minimum; weekly rentals are $20 per hour with a four-week minimum. Special events are $200 per day (8:00 am–10:00 pm) or $400 for a weekend (4:00 pm Friday–2:00 pm Sunday). Kitchen use is an additional $25 per hour for hourly rentals or $100 per day / $200 per weekend for special events, available only in July and August. Rental fees include washroom facilities.

Amenities include equestrian and hiking trails, a year-round washroom building, picnic area, old steam pump display, off-leash dog park, and seasonal bike skills park. The park is near public transit.
