Social, recreation, health, fitness and special-interest activities for adults age 55 and older.
New members age 55 and over are welcome. The Centre offers social, recreation, health, fitness and special-interest activities including choir, snooker and pool, cards, table tennis, yoga, dancing, strength training, stretch and balance, ukulele, jam sessions, Scrabble and chess. Annual membership is listed at CAD 20. Check the current schedule and weather-related opening notices before visiting.
