A social prescribing program helping older adults connect with nutrition, physical activity, grief and loss support, social opportunities and other community services. The provider serves Sicamous, Malakwa, Salmon Arm, Enderby, South Shuswap, North Shuswap and Chase areas. People under 55 and those needing daily or intensive physical support are outside the program’s stated referral criteria.
