Community sewer system for connected Buckhorn properties.
The RDFFG reports that the system serves 28 residences, a volunteer fire hall and an elementary school. Each residence uses a septic tank effluent pump (STEP) connection discharging to a lagoon treatment system. Residents connected to RDFFG community sewer systems are responsible for construction, operation and maintenance costs. Confirm parcel eligibility with RDFFG.
Buckhorn Elementary serves grades K–7. The school currently states every student can receive a free nutritious breakfast each morning. Contact the school or School District 57 for current enrolment, catchment and program details.
