Intensive support for families.
Intensive support for families whose children or adolescents are at imminent risk of out-of-home placement. The program works on safety, basic needs, family relationships, parenting skills and links to community resources. Referrals must come through a Ministry of Children and Family Development social worker and depend on program capacity.
