Walk-in screening, assessment and referrals, with connections to counselling, outreach, harm reduction and urgent response for Bowser and Oceanside residents.
Island Health identifies Bowser, Nanoose, Parksville and Qualicum among the service area communities. Walk-in access is Monday to Friday 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; referrals from individuals and professionals are accepted, and a referral is not required. Office hours are weekdays 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., excluding statutory holidays. Outreach is available daily 8 a.m.–6:30 p.m. The service is based at Oceanside Health Centre in Parksville.
