Better at Home — Hope and Fraser Canyon

Non-medical in-home support and transportation for eligible seniors in Hope and named Fraser Canyon communities.
For seniors aged 65 and older, Better at Home provides light housekeeping, grocery shopping by phone order, friendly visiting, yard work, and medical transportation through Care Transit. Snow removal and minor home repairs depend on contractor availability. Application is required; subsidy level is based on household income and ability to pay. 211 BC lists service in Hope, Boston Bar, Dogwood Valley, North Bend, Sunshine Valley and Yale.
