Generally one food hamper per person per month, with exceptions based on circumstances. Free dine-in or take-out lunches, harm-reduction supplies, pet food, information about shelter and other supports. Register by phone during the morning window for lunch or a hamper. Housebound hamper delivery may be available; transit tickets are available for travel to and from the food bank. Free.
