The Esquimalt MFRC Family Wellness and Counselling Team provides individual and family-focused short-term counselling, social-work support and referrals to community, medical and education resources. The short-term counselling page describes support for individuals aged 5 and older, couples and families with mental health, relationship, parenting or other military-lifestyle concerns. Appointments can be arranged through the MFRC information line or the intake phone/email. Confirm program fit and eligibility with the MFRC.
