Nuxalk Property Management manages Nation-owned housing, including 49 rental units and 31 rent-to-own units listed on the Nation housing page. The current policy and application form are linked online. Rental applicants must be Nuxalk Band members aged 18 or older; rent-to-own eligibility has additional policy requirements.
