Vancouver Coastal Health Home Health provides care at home or at a Home Health clinic, based on assessed need. The local service is person- and family-centred and includes culturally safe care for Nuxalk First Nations. Contact the Bella Coola home and community care access line at 250-799-5311, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. A Home Health clinician helps assess eligibility and may arrange a health-needs assessment. A health-care provider may also refer using the Home and Community Care referral form.
