Community health, counselling, family health, nursing, personal care, meal, Elder, and patient transportation programs.
Programs include mental health and counselling for individuals, couples, families and groups; crisis intervention and community wellness; maternal and child health, dental health, chronic disease management, communicable disease services, fitness, and Aboriginal Head Start. Home and community care includes nursing, personal care, a meal program, Elders advocacy and garden, and an annual trip for Elders. Patient transportation is available for Heiltsuk band members travelling out of town. Service area also includes Ocean Falls, Shearwater, Denny Island and Klemtu. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to noon and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
