Case-managed housing support for Salt Spring Island residents experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness.
Island Community Services provides person-centred support to obtain and retain housing, with needs assessed case by case. Support may include help with start-up housing costs or rental supplements for eligible people, income assistance and disability applications, identification documents, in-home support, eviction prevention, advocacy and referrals. Located at 129 Hereford Avenue in Ganges. Appointments Monday–Friday; Tuesdays are drop-in on a first-come basis. Call 250-537-9971 ext. 234.
