Montrose has public parks, play areas, courts and recreation spaces.
The Village of Montrose has several named public outdoor recreation spaces. A March 2024 draft RDKB Beaver Valley plan lists Montrose Park with greenspace, skate park, ball field, spray park, multi-use sports court, playground, picnic gazebo and community garden; it also identifies Frontier Park, Viewmont Park, Lions Park, the Beaver Valley skate park, Village Square and Beaver Falls Park. The draft says Village Square is a drop-in indoor recreation space requiring an access code from the Village. The RDKB reported a 2026 community FireSmart event at Montrose Community Park. The 2024 plan was a draft, so confirm current amenities, access, hours and any booking requirements with the Village or RDKB.
