Health assessment, planning and care supports for youth and adults with developmental disabilities, and their families and caregivers.
Interior Health works with Community Living BC to provide health support. Services can include non-emergency community health services, professional assessment of health and safety needs, care planning, caregiver training and support, health monitoring, and referrals or advocacy for specialist care. Eligibility is assessed by Home and Community Care.
