One-to-one help for families finding child care, early intervention, food, housing, health and family supports.
Early Years Family Navigators help families find programs, childcare, early intervention, complete paperwork and referrals, and connect to food, housing, emotional and physical health supports. Navigators can meet families in the community, at an Early Years Hub or at home, and connect by phone, text or email. Aldergrove is one of the named Early Years hubs.
