Team-based primary care for eligible people in Metchosin who lack a regular primary care provider and face significant barriers to care.
The Westshore Community Health Centre provides longitudinal primary care from family physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and allied health professionals. Catchment includes Colwood, Langford/Highlands, and Metchosin. It serves people without a regular primary care provider who face significant barriers related to income, housing or employment instability, discrimination, limited social supports, health or social complexity, or other social determinants of health. This is not a walk-in clinic; patients must be attached to a provider. Applications are reviewed against the program mandate and available capacity; applying does not guarantee attachment.
