Free counselling for adults 19+ and transition-aged youth 17–19 in Metchosin and other Westshore communities.
Supports mild to moderate mental health concerns, substance use concerns, relapse risk, co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, or the impact of another person’s substance use. Offers individual and group counselling, harm-reduction and relapse-prevention planning, stabilization, coping skills, treatment planning, and connection to health and community resources. Available in person, virtually, or by phone. Referrals from Island Health, physicians, community health providers, the Community Health Centre, and self-referrals are accepted. Intake starts with an assessment to confirm fit with the program.
